For more than two decades, I have worked across business development, strategic planning, alliances, and large-scale ICT projects in Sri Lanka and internationally.
My career began with a simple conviction: technology creates its greatest value when it solves real problems for people. That belief has taken me from conventional and solution selling to guiding complex partnerships and leading organisations through change.
Today, as Managing Director of Adapt Information Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, I focus on strategic growth and building a strong, trusted team. I also founded DAPS Innovations to deliver application and database support internationally—another expression of my belief in Sri Lankan talent and globally relevant solutions.
Beyond the boardroom, I value mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and opportunities to help emerging leaders find their own path.
